Gold Door -- Part 2
So, I'm really impressed that I got the following pictures from the basement. Since the electricity was messed up, you would turn a light switch on and nothing would happen. Then, two minutes later the lights would come one and then in another minute, they'd shut off again. That screams safe to me!
Not to mention the unusual smell the permiated the place, there was also a good deal of junk.

Too bad this place was such a dump, because it was actually really large. The following picture is a testament to the power of my flash, because I took this by blindly pointing my camera someway when the power was out in this windowless basement. It's fairyly big and blue.
The odd thing about this house is that at one point it was very well taken care of. While the color choices are unusual, the painting was done very well and nice paint was used. Also, all the wooden floors were awesome. They were in excellent condition and installed well. It was just kindof sad that someone had let the house go to crap in the past couple of years.
