Cockburn -- Part 2

The only problems with this place is that there is no seperate dining room (the dining area is shared space with the living room. There are also only two bedrooms (but they were large bedrooms). But it is oh so nice looking. Look at the lovely gas fireplace and mantel.
And, we're right near the trash (I'm not sure how positive that is, but it would have been a nice change from having to drive our trash across the complex now).
Also, this 61" TV conveys. Ben asked if the cock burn conveyed, too.

Alas, the next weekend, when we were looking at things again, this place had already sold. This would be the first example of someone putting a contract in right after we saw the place and decided that we kind of liked it.
