How do you know when it's PMS time?

When the idea of eating a whole large party sized bag on M&M's seems like a good solution to your dinner hunger. I really do love M&M's.
So, there are 140+ kids on the swim team. That's a lot of kids. Considering that the largest we had before this was 125 three years ago.
Swim team plan for tomorrow:
Old group
ask the older kids if they want to do a team builder and maybe do one with them
dryland for them (maybe around the gazebo fun?)
break into groups to train
Middle group
play trainwreck
dryland
swim some more
Young people
trainwreck
dryland
swim some

Some kids are really out of shape and some other kids are totally in shape. Yeah, swim team is fun! And someone stole the freaking wrench! Grr... Microwave, microphone, stereo: those seem like logical things to steal, but a wrench? I don't get it.
